Meet the Founder
DeafCEO was founded by Mike Pumphrey, a deaf entrepreneur from Calvert County, Maryland and the owner of Bay Crab Exteriors.
Through years of building and growing a business, Mike experienced many of the communication challenges that deaf entrepreneurs face every day. Rather than accepting those barriers, he envisioned a platform that could provide the resources, technology, and community he wished had existed when he started.
That vision became DeafCEO.
